Since your digestive system was resting for 5 to 10 days, treat it carefully and have a slow transition from the diet to the regular food as the following:
Day 1: fresh squeezed fruit juices.
Day 2: Juice in the morning and pureed vegetable soup for lunch
Day 3: Steamed or raw vegetables. Do not eat meat, fish, eggs, bread or sweets yet.
